Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel an upcoming appointment or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
All appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the cost of your treatment.
No shows will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
Late policy
If you arrive late you will lose the amount of time that you were late by, and be required to pay the full amount for your treatment.
